Who we are

PalletLens is an independent browser extension for Amazon sellers, operated by the PalletLens developer from Costa Rica. PalletLens is not affiliated with Amazon.

The extension

PalletLens runs on search pages and product pages you open on amazon.com (not on Kindle and other digital stores). It reads the data that is already on that page and shows badges and an analysis panel or, on a product, its sales, Best Sellers Rank, seller and a profit calculator.

• Page data, such as search results and a product's sales, rank, price and seller, is processed in your browser and never sent anywhere.
• Your searches and products: for each amazon.com search you open, PalletLens saves a summary (result counts, sales, ratings, prices and which products were on page 1), and for each product you open, its title, brand, rank, seller and price, in your browser's extension storage, to fill the research page and show ranks on later searches.
• Settings, such as whether the panel is collapsed and the costs you enter in the profit calculator, are stored only in your browser.

PalletLens never clicks, buys or loads other Amazon pages on your behalf, and never touches Seller Central. It contains no analytics, tracking or advertising code.

License checks for Pro

If you activate PalletLens Pro, the extension sends your license key to Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to confirm the key is valid. It repeats this check about once a day. The request contains the license key and an activation ID, and nothing about your browsing. In Firefox, the extension asks for your permission before it sends the key.

Purchases

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for PalletLens Pro. When you buy Pro, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the payment, calculate taxes and send your receipt and license key. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can provide support and refunds. We never see your full card details. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is described in the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
