1. Who we are
PalletLens is a browser extension made by the PalletLens developer, an independent developer based in Costa Rica ("we" or "us"). By installing PalletLens or buying PalletLens Pro, you agree to these terms.
2. What PalletLens does
PalletLens adds research information to search pages and product pages you open on amazon.com. The free version includes badges, filters, sorting, a page overview with monthly sales and revenue, and a product's sales, Best Sellers Rank and seller. PalletLens Pro adds the opportunity score, newcomers, who sells the products you open, pricing, title keywords, a profit calculator, research across your searches and CSV export, and requires a valid license key. Its figures come from what Amazon shows: monthly sales add up Amazon's rounded-down "bought in past month" counts, so they are minimums, and the profit calculator uses Amazon's published referral fees, which Amazon can change, with the FBA fee and costs you enter. They are not financial advice.
3. Buying Pro
- Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and reseller of PalletLens Pro. Your purchase is also covered by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
4. Your license
Buying Pro gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use PalletLens Pro in up to 3 browsers at a time. You may not share your license key publicly, resell it, or try to bypass the license check. We may deactivate keys that are shared or abused.
5. Using PalletLens with Amazon
- PalletLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Amazon. Amazon and Fulfillment by Amazon are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
- PalletLens is read-only: it doesn't click, buy or load extra pages on Amazon. You remain responsible for following Amazon's own terms, including its seller policies.
- Amazon can change its website at any time, which may temporarily break some features. We'll work to restore them promptly.
6. Data and privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
7. No guarantees
PalletLens is provided "as is". Sales, revenue, profit and opportunity figures are estimates based on the Amazon pages you are viewing and the costs you enter. They are not a guarantee of sales, rankings or income.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for PalletLens Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using PalletLens after a change, the updated terms apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, except where the consumer laws of your country give you additional rights.
